Q: How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?

A: Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name written on it , and will wait next to the chauffeur meeting point.


Q: What happens if the flight is delayed?

A: All flight arrival times are checked with the airline , should you arrive early or late the driver will wait for you. The driver will wait for 40 minutes before making enquiries with the airline, customs or immigration only after all of this done and there is no sign of the passenger will the driver leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs or the baggage area for more than 30 minuts after arrival, please call our office to ensure your driver will wait.


Q: Do your drivers carry mobile-phones?

A: Yes all our drivers carry mobile-phones.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept: visa card, master card, cash also accepted with prior agreement.


Q: Do you do tours/sightseeing?

A: Yes we offer hourly / daily hire for tours/sightseeing and allow a complete flexibility to your schedule


Q: What is your position on cancellation?

A: All cancellation to be notified to the booking centre by email 48 hours before landing if you have booked an airport pick up. - if the pickup is in dublin 24 hours prior to the pickup time is requested. (sufficient time is required) or the cost of the journey will be charged. For booking of one day or more we require 3 days notice of cancellation or the deposit will be lost.
